I was just recently asked to introduce myself and share 3 Fun Things People Don’t Know About Me. I will be honest; I could barely think of one much less 3 in the heat of the moment.

You see, this IG has been my journal, an Athletic Diary so to speak. It's been a means to document and track my progress as an athlete. It's helped me learn and grow from my athletic endeavors, but I find that it reveals very little about my actual personality and who I am.

So without further ado, here are 3 Fun Things You Didn’t Know About Me and a peek into my personality and where I am coming from.

1. I’m Scared Of Heights Yet, I love climbing whether it be ice climbing, rock climbing or jumping off shit.
...
2. I Love To Cook So much so, that I did two years at WCI – Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and worked with some of the best chefs in the country.
...
3. I Don’t Like To Exercise Yes, you read that correctly. I do it because it challenges me and pushes me to be better than I was yesterday, and it teaches me a lot about myself for tomorrow. Many times I find that I am way stronger physically and mentally than I ever give myself credit for.
...
This exercise made me realize that whatever your 3 things are, whether they are fun facts, hardships, or accomplishments, they are what has made each of us into who we are today and influences our choices and decisions based solely on our own experiences.
...
We all should be mindful not to be so quick to pass judgment or impose our expectations on others, simply because we do not know their story and where they are coming from or what they have overcome to be where they are today!
